The article is devoted to the development and testing of an automated first aid system based on a Telegram bot, designed for use in the educational process under the guidance of medical professionals, as well as for reinforcing previously acquired first aid skills. The aim of the study is to create an accessible and user friendly tool that provides up to date information in line with current medical standards, as well as to improve the public's readiness to provide first aid independently before the arrival of professional medical help. The bot has a modular architecture and includes sections on various topics such as emergency conditions, types of injuries, burns, poisonings, and an educational module containing regulatory documents from the Russian Ministry of Health and training materials. During the testing phase, the system received positive feedback for its ease of navigation and structured presentation of information; however, several shortcomings were identified: incomplete topic coverage, lack of visual materials, and absence of references to official sources. Proposed improvements include adding videos and diagrams, expanding the content base, and optimizing the bot’s performance. The results confirm the effectiveness of Telegram bots as a tool for mass education, especially in settings with limited access to medical resources
