Using copters in conditions of extremely low temperatures

Abstract:
In connection with the active development of the Arctic and an increase in technosphere of human activity in this region, there is a need for permanent control and monitoring of the situation in a variety of industries, including: monitoring compliance with environmental regulations, geological research, emergency and rescue, monitoring of drifting polar stations, control wildlife populations, etc. The cheapest way facility monitoring is using the copters. This article will give an overview on existing copters, as well as on future projects.
