Sociological monitoring is presented in the article as a tool of quality management of educational process in universities of EMERCOM system. This tool evaluates the state factors that influence the effectiveness of training of cadets and students: canteen, the quality of care, quality education and relationships with teachers, the presence of heat in the dorms, relationships with the course officers and the cadet team, as well as some others. The result of monitoring is the current information about the state of training in the University. This information can be used by the administration for making effective management decisions. Sociological monitoring can improve the management of resources during the educational process and to increase the corporate capacity of professional socialization in higher education institution
