Abstract:
In the article the problems and prospects of development of technologies of application of unmanned aircraft systems for monitoring the environment, the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations, search and rescue. Presented the necessity of developing sound functional and technical requirements for unmanned aircraft systems and unmanned aircraft to meet required functionality for specific tasks in emergency situations and adverse (extreme) weather conditions. The proposed introduction of the classification of the functional capabilities and the establishment of a system of certification of unmanned aircraft systems and their components for the needs of the Russian emergencies Ministry and other emergency services
