The article considers the question of whether there is a connection between the deaths and injuries of minors in fires with how the population of the region lives and how it is managed. The quality of life of the population of the region is displayed through a set of indicators of the quality of life, and the quality of management is displayed through a group of indicators of preventive measures aimed at reducing the death and injury of minors in fires.
