Abstract:
Despite many publications related in one way or another to the selection of personnel and methods for increasing the level of training of engineering and technical personnel of industrial engineering companies, the issue of a systematic approach to assessing the effectiveness of using the scientific potential of an enterprise still remains relevant. The need to form a set of measures, develop theoretical foundations, substantiated conclusions and proposals aimed at developing a fundamental mechanism for intensifying and attracting employees of modern engineering companies to research activities requires management to have special automated systems for assessing the rating of each employee involved in the problem solving process technical focus and implementation of the latest high-tech technologies. To install and implement these systems in large enterprises, it is necessary to develop a kind of methodological platform that will not only algorithmize the entire complex of the process of assessing the scientific activity of performers, but will also contribute to more rational planning and implementation of the necessary activities in the scientific and innovative sphere of the company. The article proposes one of the systematic methods for assessing the level of training of scientific personnel, based on the principle of stimulating employees from the enterprise, including the economic one
