Abstract:
In this paper we suggest a new solution to the problem of increasing the protection for rural and suburban areas from fires is based on structuring information resources. This allows for effective planning, justification and control of activities to comply with fire safety requirements. The organizational management model shows the use of formalized data for information support of decision making. The joint use of structured data and intelligent processing services will improve the efficiency of governing for the territorial safety
