The article contains and summarizes materials on the planned garrison events in 2024. A total of 21 territorial fire and rescue garrisons located in the territorial bodies of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Central, Northwestern, And Southern, Volga, Ural, Siberian and Far Eastern Federal districts were analyzed. The results of the data obtained are presented, problematic issues in the implementation of planning by garrisons are reflected, and relevant conclusions are presented. The study used the method of matrix system analysis of planning with the division of the information received into the appropriate sections, groups and subgroups. During the analysis, similar activities were summarized in the form of a table, depending on the nature of the planned activities in the fire and rescue garrisons. The data obtained has been systematized, for this purpose, the number of similar events was analyzed according to the sections of the garrison action plan based on their total number. Based on the information reflected in the form of a table and diagram, a standardized generalized list of activities included in the garrison action plan has been formed. Its development took into account, first of all, the analysis carried out, taking into account the new departmental regulations of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia that have entered into force. The possible application of the results of the work in the future can serve as a basis for the development of a standardized (standard) plan of garrison measures and its application in the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, as well as in the development and compilation of relevant instructions or recommendations
