This article examines the mutual influence of civilization and personality of Russian citizen as two identical systems. Civilization and identity, as open systems, are exposed to strong external influence in today’s «Internet-global» world. Adapted to the culture and Orthodox education are major sources of social capital formation, critical stage of spiritual and moral development of the individual citizen as a guarantor of social and national security of Russia
